POE Fittness Challenge

I had forgotten about this post I did. I thought it was funny. I found it on the net by accident and thought it too good not to pass on. 

I can't take the credit for something I didn't write. I wish I was as clever as putting things together like that.  

The Manchester to Blackpool Ride is tomorrow. Just weighed myself and I am 14 stone just what I wanted for the ride. But when I get to Blackpool I have promised myself a mixed grill and a few pints of lager having not had a drink for ten weeks. Then back down to the diet to lose another stone. Good luck everybody.

P.S. I will let you know if i make the 60 mile.lol.

Richard,.... I'm not "doing it" that's what bothers me these days, I can't keep it up very well any more...every time I try to get one step ahead something makes me take 5 steps backwards. But I don't think I'm the only one these days. I think in all honesty there are many going through trials and tribulations also. I try to bare things by taking my mind off them in other things. I try to think of better ways to do things also. I am in ways defintely being made to go "back to the land" in ways...that's not easy being an city girl raised, small town though it was. Richard in all honesty I have to say, I don't think I'll ever be able to accept "slopping the hogs" daily as they say..it's just NOT the real "me".  Maybe putting up an few jars of goodies is the best I can handle?  Smiles weakly*..You understand don't you?..(say yes please!)...thank you!

 Hello All, 7,000 people entered the charity bike ride, me and Ken Hulmes poe member finished 66 miles in 4 hours 42 minutes. And we have been suffering ever since,lol. Definitely doing the ride next year.
