She will be sadly missed by myself and I am sure by many of the POE members who new her. Although Lyn left POE a few months ago, we have kept in touch on another site and by email. I have known Lyn for three years and class her as a very good friend and was devastated when I heard the news today. Lyn, I will miss you so much. Rest in peace my friend. I know that you were especially close to her and I thought of you first (after getting over the initial shock). To know Lyn G was to either love or hate her, and I loved her from the moment she first said hello to me here on POE. There was no in between with Lyn. She was head strong, and spoke her mind, but she was also genuine and you always knew just where you stood with her. I found her delightful and I could never have a conversation with her without laughing. She was the queen of laughs. I shall miss you dear Lyn. Rest in peace dear friend. |

She did have a bad illness, but the last I heard was on the 18th of this month, she had swine flue as well. I will really miss her. She had a way of speaking her mind, offend or please. She told you the truth as she saw it. But after that it was forgotten and you carried on as friends. My only regret is that I never actually met her in person. |

She was so thoughtful. She was so young, too young to leave us that's for sure. |

I will miss her and I can't believe it she was so young. I only left a message for her the other day - she had said she was feeling a bit better. I am so sorry - rest in peace Lyn. |
