Not just me but all other employees with the exception of a couple of senior associates. I am in a bit of shock as you can imagine. A little panicky because I have no savings or anything to live on. But I will qualify for unemployment although that will take up to six weeks to kick in. I am determined not to let this discourage me though. I have no idea what is going to happen or where I will go etc. but I do know that when God closes one door he opens a window somewhere. Prayers and good wishes will not come amiss! |

Hope you can can a new job soon elsewhere and soon back on track with something new to look forward to. Will be thinking of you. |

Sounds pretty dire for your firm if they are laying off all but two employees. Praying for your swift employment recovery, and always remember that the Lord will provide and see to all your needs if you trust Him to do so. As you said, when a door closes, a window opens. Maybe there's an opportunity for you of which you were unaware but will now be made known to you. I hope so. In the meantime, I would get my name on the books of a good temp agency. Best of luck to you! |

I've been there and it's really scary but you are a bright, articulate individual and there's something better waiting. You have a strong faith and we truly "are" never given more than we can handle. My thoughts are with you. |
