Thanks Urmi. We have had more snow overnight and some more to come according to the weather. I am not sending Joseph if the school is open- we can't get the car up the road and there is no way he can walk the 3 mile round trip with his bad knee. Mine is still sore - I will never moan about rain again!!!

Thanks for everyones positive thoughts. I can tell you now as it has all fallen through. We had a couple who were really keen on our house and they were cash buyers. They came for two viewings and it was looking really good but at the last moment they bought another house which is also at our estate agents The estate agents didn't even let us know - I had to ring and ask if they had heard - I was very annoyed. Can't swap though - they are really the best in the area at rentals and that's the route we have to take now.

So sorry about your house Steph it is quite a problem with buying and selling houses, one of my family is having the same sort of problem. Make sure you get good people in if you are going to rent it out and not people who are likely to cause damage to your house, anyway good luck with it,

That's too bad, Stephanie. We sold our parents house a few years ago, and there were a few disappointments, but finally it went.

You will get a buyer soon, keep plugging away, it will happpen.

Until then, we are thinking of you.

Well, I'm off to work. The Doc had a surgery this morning, so I don't have to be there till ten, which equates to more play time on the comptuer.

Hope you are all having a great day.
