Being in the states I haven't seen the advert in question, but I do know what you mean about annoying television adds. There are some adverts that I find so annoying, or even offensive, that I will never use the product just because. One advert here that I find especially irksome is one for Uncle Ben's Rice. The add suggest that you should eat Uncle Ben's Rice because it makes you sexier to the opposite sex. I find this so completely insulting to my intelligence that I have boycotted Uncle Ben's products in my house! I wonder what the advertisers would think if they realized that they actually drive some people to *stop* using their product rather than buying it? Lol.
