The younger kids also have recess. There are a lot of sports here too. Football, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball and track. Kids involved in sports train A LOT!!! It's all very very serious! But that only accounts for a handfull of kids. The rest are playing Xbox. |

We also had to do country dancing too and were spoiled with a gym equipped with all sorts of tools for torture! Slight difference in activities (of course coz I'm a girl, lol) - netball, skipping, tennis, stingers, or catch at break. Rounders, netball or tennis in PT and as you say matches at the weekends with extra practises after school! And of course the dreaded athletics - running, jumping, hurdles etc., or cross country running if you were into that! (Or even if you weren't). But we were FIT! (Fit for what, I wonder? LOL) |
