Not sure if this would apply to England but over here one of the favoured occupations for the young people is strolling around in the shopping Malls, which is of course, another indoor occupation.

Most of the malls also have the video/games arcades and of course the cinemas!

Maybe they should change all the light fittings to the same ones used in the sun beds, lol.
