Hmm, I wonder why we need to include this product in the food chain? See what you think members because I can guarantee you will start reading the labels on the products that you purchase in the stores hereafter. It may also surprise you to see the list of products that it is used in. Maybe we should start listing the products that contain Aspartame here on POE. But tell me, will you give it to your children anymore? Will you knowingly consume it now? If you fed it to your dog you'd probably have the RSPCA after you, and likely be prosecuted! http://www.healingdaily.com/detoxification-diet/aspartame.htm

After less than two weeks the pain was considerable less. I try nowadays to avoid all kinds of products where Aspartame is used. It’s very difficult because of the wide range of products it is used in. A natural replacement for Aspartame is Stevia. You can find lots of info about this on internet |

My mother uses artifical sweeteners but is convinced that they are perfectly healthy for you. It's a battle we have on a regular basis. I use Truvia...not as often as I should but I am really going to make an effort to cut back considerably on sugar. If anyone is interested I can give you a link to Natural News. It's full of information about health and foods. |
