They actually shot a lot of westerns in AZ, particularly at Old Tucson studios.

That would be (as they say in America, James) AWESOME!

Unfortunately, I'd have to wait til I retire to be able to get a month off work.

But if you and your wife decide to have a holiday over here, I'd take off time from work and give you a tour.  You'd love it here.

i dont think that could happen ruth ---after a week my wife gets homesick thats why we only go away for 10 days at a time. she is a real home bird.

A 10-day vacation would give you 8 days in country, James, with a travel day on each end.

But I know, when you go such a long way, you feel like you need to stay longer.  Our two vacations over there were 17 days, including the travel days.

i think going so far ruth you need a month to see most places.

Probably more than that, James.  But if you don't have a month, you have to make due with whatever you get.

a lady who worked with me had a son who planned a holiday in the states    he drove from east to west and stayed in a different place every night he described it as a holiday of a lifetime,would you like to guess what his occupation was Laughing
