Sounds as though Steve has recovered well Sally.  I am so glad and hope you both have a lovely day out in the sunshine.

Good luck to Marjorie's grandson.  I hope he achieves his goal in the Marathon.

Yes!...beautiful day outside this morning...watching my kitties playing and jumpin and having an rip roaring time through my house...kind of cute rather saying. She's an excellent "mouser" cat.

While we are saying prayers.....say one for the tornado ravaged land of North Carolina....48 dead now...over 100 tornadoes ripped through the area yesterday. I wonder how "Dove" is doing...though she lived off the land...and probably has more "smarts" then the average person. We got an report from April also, she lives there...she sent along some video's of it all. As usual..hit an mobile home park near Rawleigh. Dove doesn't live to far away from there...though she was talking to taking to Europe on tour with her husband and his group...I guess they are still an hot band over there amoung the younger set as of yet. It's still all over the net also...thier music. They said when this is all done it will be North Carolina's worst tornado outbreak. Now it's all headed north also...not good...even more populated yet.

That allergy tablet made me sleep most of yesterday afternoon on but it sure did wonders for me in ways...took all the water retention out of my feet, this thing on my finger also. The feeling of an head full of water... and the constant sneezing I was doing. I look forword to an couple rounds of walking out in front of my house later on maybe.

This month makes 6 months since I broke my oven and haven't had one to bake with...would sure like to get it replaced. In some ways it it hasn't been missed but in other ways it has...I doubt its caused me eat less though. Nor has it made my electric rate go down..gesh I hate the electric company with an purple passion for their rates they charge...they cause so much human suffering these days. They claim they checked meat at our grocery stores and half of what they tested came out with staph germs in it. Another humantarian suffering...high food prices from monopolies and poor quality product. So why don't the doctors allow Pencillin to people...because they are murderers these days... more then healers. Sad to say...these people need to clean up their act to say the least. My gripe for the day..we need an thread perhaps...we'd probably have an long thread going these days.

What's this bit about Jerry Steinfield bashing the weddding of William and Kate...calling it an "theaterical show" of it's day. Most weddings are in some ways. If he was trying to be funny....it didn't go over very well. He got bashed back as saying some rather "tacky" statements. Another one they said you can bet will definenately be left off the wedding invitation list. So goes for Hollywood these days.

You know I did that one time...I read this book by Lynn Anderson..and in it she has the scene going on of an modern day wizzrd type fella...she's out to steal this old relic of an Native American "indian basket"..to hang on her wall for an "trophy" I guess. Anyway with the help of some lady type "Shaman's" she manages to do it....so in the end you see this guy aging while he's standing there into an old man. Take note..this was suppose to be an true story. It bespeaks of an illiusionary story by mentphor though to me. But I can imagine an young gal reading the book and thinkiing it really happened. So I wrote Lynn and told her that I thought she was putting the Native American movement back 300 years for them...and her wanting this basket to " hang on an wall" is not what was meant in having it to begin with. She never wrote me..instead sent me an brochure of an $850 weekend seminiar she was having near Joshua Tree in California...which had an earthquake thereafter. The Native Americans have an "ritual" of calling for the "truth to be known"  by Creator/God  by way of an "earthquake" to release the known truth. Much like what was done when Moses came down the mountain with the 10 commandments and said to make known what side you choose...that of God's...or not...and the earth cracked open. It is therefore more then just "nature" there can be earthquakes.Though from what I read..in an sweat lodge... performed by an native american "Shaman" using this ritual for some parents... that did not know why thier daughter lost her voice and went into an coma...as if asleep...they said while there was no actual earthquake inside that sweat lodge it felt like the world was " falling apart" in an earthquake....when it subsided..they got thier answer...an apparation entered.. an told them that the girl was in an coma because her uncle had been raping her and telling her not to tell her parents.. or he would harm her and them. When he admitted it was the truth...they banned hm from thier community forever. The little girl came out of her coma. I wanted Lynn to understand...the Native Americans are not to be used lightly for her work to enhance herself in fame and fortune. It makes her work less then what it ought to be...and "trouble" for true Shaman's doing their work also. They are not magical wizzards out zapping others to bre "showey"...they are " healers" for an specific purpose of " healing" others. This is why there are so few of them...they can not fine "true" people to teach and pass on thier talents. They say when they are gone...the elders...that the world era is gone also...and thier healing ways. Another one of them died here week or so ago..Jose Augelles...don't know how to spell his name...he was the guy behing the old "Harmonic Convergence" of the Maya. When he came here to do his last and his only seminar at Mt. Hood...I was fortunate to talk to him telepathically. He was up here then explaing to people to learn their purpose and talents to help  the new emerging world era coming. It may mean survival for our children...and those left on earth. It is not to be taken as an "joke" by some wanna-be's either. So goes my story for the day perhaps...and "truth" I understand. The marriage basket was meant to be passed as the "spirit" of union through two people able to comprehend the responiblity of parenthood between them...in fertily... and passed on in life...NOT hung on the wall as an trophy of an sorts...for one person. It was very strange..as I was back then going to weight watcher meetings..and I went that week and ran into something I had not seen before...two older ladies with an unusal basket like purse...once again it remined me of the two shaman type ladies in thsi book I read. I saw them one more time before they seemed to have gone elsewhere. I heard later on that "no-eyes" had passed on..she was one of these ladies in the book. Though for the most part...their "spirit" always survives.. when the body does not. They are still amoung us...somewhere. Lynn eventaully stopped sending me her expensive weekend brochures and I'm not so sure she's still writing books any more either. Really have no idea. Most the things I get lead into are for an reason...that sometimes even I don't really understand at the time. I have an purpose for being hereor would not be here...my "God" as one says...would have go elsewhere other wise. With this..I go for now and enjoy may day hopefully.

Not me Cathy...I'm in the process of trying to pick my house up from years and years of visitors..and animals. I know what am museum feels like now. My feet are swelled... but I found an oven today and bought it and it's in my kitchen now. Not exactly what I wanted...but who cares, it works, it's new..the price was right and so goes. I saved $128.... the "supervisor" in me is still there...and its exactly like what you can get for the full price in other stores...one needs to scout around for the best price these days I guess. People I got it from use to be old neighbors to me. Yep they changed their appliance location. So I finished putting my kitchen back together tonight and changing things around.... I'm ready to call it an day. So if I don't check in tomarrow...every one can have sigh of relief maybe. Not here to "bug " you all with my long postings. Talk later on.
