I have no problem with anyone googling for an answer - we can all learn from the answers and it keeps the thread moving with new questions!  Go for it JamesFoot in mouth

I've looked at Gene Kelly, Charles Bronson, Richare Gere & James (Jimmy) Stewart, but can't tie up your clue with any of those.  Did you say this was easy? lol

I wonder what has happened to James.  Undecided

Maybe he can't face Ron now that he bought James' Missus dresses on E'Bay and found something extra in the pocket. LOLLaughing

I'm born and raised in Pennsylvania and I can't figure this one out. I feel I should know the answer. I thought Jimmy Stewart right away, but couldn't make the clues fit. And I don't think he was a big drinker. Maybe Jack Palance? He had a home not far from me. I've wondered about James. Hope he's OK. And we need his help to get this answer:) I'm curious who it is.

Had to post again. I found Richard Lucas who happened to have been born in the town I live in, Wilkes Barre, PA. He's a comedian and wrote the Barking Dog Log about his neighbor's Yorkshire terrier and its incessant barking. Didn't see anything about a lady friend or drinking, though. He's apparently on Comedy Central and has done some films, but mostly stand up and theater. Personally, I've never heard of him, but it was interesting to learn he was born here. Can't imagine this is who James was thinking of, though. He doesn't seem famous enough.

I think James' wife must have beaten him with her frying pan when she found he had put her frocks on e-bay, so I think we will have to carry on without him and he can tell us who the person is on his return!!

The old London Bridge was sold and rebuilt where?
