I have reached my capacity today. I provide jobs, transportation and habitat in the land in which I live. I typically meander peacefully, but when I reach my capacity, watch out. I drain most of a continent. What am I? |

I think the last time it flooded like this was the summer of '93 and some of the small towns along the river were under water for months. That's one thing about the USA. We are a very blessed country when it comes to peace and prosperity, but we have our share of natural disasters.
