The day has ended and I'm off to visit the nightmare Elf, or in my case, the Elf of my fantasies. Much better than a nightmare.

I'm off on holiday at the end of the week. A trip up the Washington Coast. I won't be around much, which I'm sure won't break many hearts.

Here's to the daytime stars that Juju mentions  .

Have a great time, Sue.

Ron, I'm so glad that you and Anna are finally getting rid of that cough.  Feel better dear friends.

Hi to all, and thanks Ruth because yes, we really do feel better now (although still coughing occasionally) but nothing like it was. Expecting to be 100% clear by the end of this month.

Have a good day POEsters.

Ron, this is good news.  If you are asked to do a breathing test it will involve peak flow and nitrogen wash out tests.  It will not involve running round the sofa shouting at the TV "come and get me Susanna" !

Believe it or not I haven't wanted any!

Problem really was that when I did try it thinking it would clear my throat, it nearly took my breath away, could hardly breathe, so didn't touch it again, still haven't!
