James, I listened to the BBC on the radio the other day and they played a song that I absolutely love, and it made me think of you.  "Impossible" by Perry Como.  I'd not heard it in donkeys years and it's such a beautiful song.

i have it on a cd ruth but very rarely play  perry como -i prefer the older recordings from the 50s    is that your miss arizona picWink

Oh, James, you're such a kidder.  No that's my Miss Catalina Island picture.  That's where it was taken.

I think Perry Como, singing "Impossible" has that same smooth sound that Dino and Frank have.

i like the early sinatra best dorsey/then the capitol yrs/  when he really came into his best singing-- 2 albums i have are "point of no return " on capitol and "sinatra and swingin brass " with neil hefti  vey good ruth.Smile
