Suddenly all the weeds are 4 feet tall, and they all seem to come at once. It will take a month to get on top of it all now. Hi to all POEsters hope you can find time to pull a few weeds. Have you pulled lately Dave, James, Vince...?? LOL Depends what type of mouse you have Shirley. Full of dust maybe, glossy pad? Any other suggestions for Shirley, members? |

Isn't the weather glorious, and now I'm on a 6 week holiday it's even better. Today I have been on a bike ride and completed the honourable tasks of cleaning the bathroom and doing the ironing. Had lunch and now I'm pondering having a sort out. Although what to sort out seems the dilemma. Cat is sunbathing sprawled full length in front of the window. It is rather tempting to join him, although not sprawled along the floor. |

For me, I have so many plants in my flower beds I am lucky to occasionally get bark dust down and around them, weed and feed takes care of the grass....once an year or so. It's only when you let things go.. you have the weeds to contend with these days.....which gives rise to new plantings. I too enjoy being outside. Debbie...do you best and s--t--r--e.t..ch...with your kitty cat. It's good morning excerise...I'm thinking about going out for an walk this morning. Is diddling... an word exclusive to England's language..like going to go get some "petro" equals going to an gas station? I'm into week four of my skin therapy treatments....pure Vit C.and my small accumulated "age spots" are leaving...supposedly they will fall off as the new skin comes up underneath. Wondering how its goingto do on an small burn near my wrist also. It's also in general tightening up my skin an bit also. Still have about another month left to do this in....as well as the diet. They said I could do this internally, which I am.... but it takes twice as long to see the results. Started some Bromelain/Tumeric suppliments yesterday...for getting rid of built up plaque from either cholestrol or calcuim deposits of arthuritis. It's also an joint-mender...prevents "hardening of the arteries". So I am working on things..need to keep losing weight though. I'm 5 pounds down "strong" this morning. Continual headache of last week left....so better get at it all, lots of journally to do....talk to you later on. |

Hi everyone, hope you are enjoying your spell of sunshine, while you can! Good to hear that Britain have at last won the Tour de France, well done! Hope it boost the morale of the British teams competing in the Olympics. That would be a good boost all round!! |

Ok, the arm creme is sold by Garnier...at most all stores that carry products like this...I got my mine at an "target" store near by for about $18 an tube. It comes in an green and black box that shows the tube on the front of it. It's called Skin Renew..for dark spots, age spots and acne marks.(So it does more then just age spots as it says it covers hormonal flucuations, enviormental exposure, past acne damage, and helps with skin discolorations) It has SPF-28 sun protection...in an compatible product sold to go with it if you want.. The side of the box says that it is dermatolgist tested, won't clog your pores, non-greasy...and is an pure Vit C formula. It lists the ingrediants on the side of the package also. It says on the other side of the box...pure Vitamin C for effective, yet gentle action on the pigmentation cycle, it helps break apart pigmentation clusters, lift away spots and push new healthy cells to the surface for even tone with fewer color discolorations. Use daily. In four weeks discolorations and spots fade away...in 8 weeks Size and intenisty of spots are diminished. I am about on week 3 of the first tube...I notice an difference. My over all skin feels smoother and color is getting more even tones. My dark spots are not as noticeable either. Bromlain/Tumeric capsules are for Joint health pain...but the first one says not to use with blood thinners, can make you bleed easier...but it's good for treating angina, bruises, bursitis and tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrone, gout, intermittent claudication, irratble bowel syndrom, stroke, varicose veins, and warts. Tumeric is today latest "miracle potion"..I was using it before then...but..it's good for arthuritis, asthma, bursitis and tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrom, cataracts, glucoma, gout, liver disease, shingles, smoking addictions, sports injuries, toothache and it's big thing now is heart disease and cancer....diabetes....go to Dr. Christopher Wilde's web page. I have had the majority of the things both these things are suppose to help get rid of in an person. I was on Tumeric before I ever had an heart problem to deal with by hospital standards. Tumeric is also an blood purifier...and probably helped me from dying back then of the clogged artery. It is also an natural antibiotic...helps with Chron's disease, helps one to heal faster also. I was taking way back when the doctor's treatment...wasn't "working" for me....by then I'd spent some three months going back for help and going back, and going back...zippo...nothing was working. Just days before I went into the emergency to find myself going in for an artery cleaning...I was told I had "arthurits" as the problem...because that's what " old" doctors "treat"..pregnant ladies and old people..it's like being told when you turn 50 you must sit in your rocking chair at some old age place and rot away.. slowly..that's NOT me, and it's not an lot of people these days. "Modern medicine".... has an" hell" of an long way to go yet before they can really be "top edge" and leading in medical knowledgable. for some they have trh equiptment now...but you can't beat an doctor what wants to cure you rather then treat you for an ailment with much of what's going on these days. Hope that answered your question. So the "Queen" got kissed in the news tonight. Surprise for her. It is true, people are not kissing these days any dignitaries without prior approval because of health issues. I am tired tonight...so think I will take my bath. I have an right foot bothering me from walking right now...we talked an bit about that one also tonight. This reminds me of going to "curves" weight loss program, as I'll never take the excerise like I did there...when you weigh very much it's not good to be up jumping on your feet..it crushes them to death.I don' t think she was very keen on their diet to raise the metabolism tonight either...she said...not with an diabetes possibly..if your on the fringe edge...talk to the dietician instead. So if you ever go there, be in reasonably good health and not have much weight to lose. Once you lose down, it might be "OK" then though...I go for now. |
