Hi everyone - no I didn't get lost - just been crazy busy again but in a nice way.  We decided to try our hand at geocaching along with son and family - all day out in the open air!!  Got very tired and very dirty - but it seems everyone enjoyed themselves, so I guess we will be trying more of the same.

Have to say that I really enjoyed the splendour of the Olympic opening scenes of the Industrial Revolution and the lighting of that magical Olympic Flame at the end.  Had lousy TV reception, watched everything through "snow", so I might not have caught all the nuances!!

Have a great week everyone Smile

You  know those potato chips that sold for big bucks on Ebay last year or so...had the image of Jesus on them....well, my tree outside my bedroom patio door has the image of an man with an big snozzle.(nose)...I showed hubby, but he didnt' seem to want to take him on.He just laughed. The indiginity of it all!...he just laughed. So what do I do now, take an picture of it and let you guys decide?...or see if I can sell him on Ebay? Yesterday hubby not only took the stairway down, but he nailed my escape route shut, so I couldn't instantly drop about 20 feet if I open up the gate....then I'd be seeing little birds swirling around the bump on my head..heh?  Just got done with an 30 min. walk this morning. It hardly does justiceous though to eating the meat sliders yesterday on small puffy dinner buns with an generous helping of steak and grilled onions with sweet peppers...they sure were good,  I have no idea how long it will take me to recover weight wise from that one. Happens every time I try to diet eventually...and I sucumb out of hunger.

Beware of the strangers coming from Uguanda(Africa)...they have an Eboloa virus out break killing thier citizens. Transmitted by touching the same objects they have, spitting, and sanitary situations. They are asking the people to "isolate" themselves from each other right now voluntarily.

Can't do the Plum Jelly until we get the kids back out to their house, then I can get into it...trying to deciede if I should do jelly or syrup, or juice. Ones I've ate were really sweet. Need to pick me up some smaller canning jars also. If I added blueberries, they would make an nice sauce with tad bit of brown gravy for the Holiday Roast Beef or possibly "venision" steaks also.. medallions with the sauce under them...slather them through as you eat them. We have an place in Damascus now that sells specialty meats...ranch raised fed Buffalo and Elk...doesn't have the "wild" meat taste to it...very lean. Plum sauce would go good with Duck also. I'll think about it. Boys are up this morning now...but not sissy. She's still getting her beauty sleep. I guess I better get going, I see the sun is breaking through the clouds now... have an good day everyone.

Good morning Mr B, and how are you on this fine day?

I have nothing planned at all today.  Seriously considering going to Hobbycraft for a mooch, but I will only end up spending money. :eek:Undecided

Care to explain for our American friends what a 'Mooch' is Debbie?

Do you eat it, paint it, ride it or maybe just look at it? lol

Incidentally, and thanks for asking, I am reasonably well under the circumstances...

Ah yes, a 'Mooch' it has four legs and antlers, sometimes found in the hoose. Now I know what you mean! lol
