Hi everyone, it would appear that our nightly thunderstorms have returned, messing up using the computers in the evening,  I hear another brewing up now so thought I had better jump in quick just to keep in touch with you all.

Have a great weekend everyone!

  N. B.  Thanks for the weekend greetings Cathy, trouble is a weekend does not start until about six o'clock on a Saturday evening so half the weekend is gone, on the other hand do get let out on a Wednesday.

Hi Rick and many thanks for your words of encouragement, you might be on to something there- very philosophical outlook- nice one.

Nice time to take lessons on how to make lemonaide out of the lemons of life I suppose. Baking bread now, and reading books, and it's very cold here...so time for the crackling good fire going.  Busy with my house guests so will go for now and talk later on..have an good weekend everyone!..... Might go see the movie "Les Miserables" this weekend also. I think "Lincoln" has come and gone around these parts....Good time for going to the local small cafe or pub and having an steaming brew of something also...stay warm. Take care everyone!

I saw a trailer for Lincoln yesterday, looks very good. It's quite a trail to the cinema from here so I think I'll be waiting for the DVD, I prefer to watch films at home anyway, no one talking, no mobile phones ringing etc etc.

Very cold here, had to bring out the thermal top today.

Or if there are interuptions you can just pause the DVD, can't imagine that happening in the cinema Laughing
