Good morning...things sound like they are on an buzz in POE today. Just got done sending Petra an post...as I was hearing "booms" from the sky last night about 10 pmish here. I stayed up to listen to "Coast" whom premented their show last night to talk to Douglas Hagman, on this Boston bombing. He told an lot more then just the news media....but over and over he said, nothing is certain, let the FBI do thier investigations. He said they found three more back packs that were not detonated...he said they apparently were by way of an cell phone..crude bombs. They took an fella under custody but don't' know if he was invoved or not and probably won't until after the invesitigation....they said the streets where this happened were under camera survilence..because it was the finsish line of the marathon...so they will be looking it over...and every airport for 100 miles around was locked down immediately after it happened. He said last night...3 killed, 17 in critcal condition..with some of those having to undergo amputations, another 25 in serious condition and in total 148 injuries of some kind. This man use to work or does for Homeland Security. He's not afraid to say...I don't know...let them investigate and don't jump to conclusions.

Iran's 7.8 earthquake...we are waiting most likely higher causuality reports from over there on my earthquake site and also awaiting an P-wave map...which I'm told it will run through the Pacific Northwest.Don't know if that was the cause of yesterday's swarm at Newbury Crater in eastern Oregon nead Bend or not. Small quakes, five of them, mostly under 2 mag..beign watched closely as they are around the cauldren itself...this is an urban population area people for Bend. But again in teh recent past they had been tapping it for geo-thermal water source to heat homes in the area. So you just never know. Don't jump to conculsions

With that...I'll jump into planting those bulbs I was going to do this morning..besides my kitty cats are antsy to get back outside and into Spring these days. Have an good day...use to be we could go outside and not be afraid of any danger to anyone...kind of sad it has now amounted to just the opposite these days. Controlling people are never good..they spew all kinds of disaster out of their mouths for others.Take care....but don't be like them...Have an good day everyone!

Reading all the spring and fall happenings,,,,,,,gggrrrrrr.....

Just got rid of another 12" of snow,, we have a reprieve today, yet, tonight into wed. we expect another round of the same,,, i am in no way complaining,,,Colorado has been in a drought for three years,,lakes have been low,,so, with all this late spring snow,,, things may start to improve a bit..am happy to shovel snow than ashes, for at exactly this time last year we were in the middle of a huge wildfire with 3 people dead and it was dry and warm....
