Like you Peggy we watered this morning only to have a downpour this afternoon. It's cleared up again now, the sun is back out.

Good day..it's almost lunchtime here..so I'm having some cold baked chicken at the moment, minus the skin..having legs problems as the weather cools down..calves tend to want to ball up in one massive ball of harden cramped muscle, ouchy..I drank two of my "Ensure" muscle health shakes..expensive stuff I might add, but that of course puts me way over in my calories for the day. I'll be drinking water next to tone it down an bit. 13 grams of protein and 24 vitamins, (25 per cent daily Vits.) along with the revigor in it per bottle.  Ok, top two for the five worst companies to work for is Dish Network...low pay...and Radio Shack....Management...the most common complaint was not being allowed hours off when wanted or changing the schedules...along with the low pay/beneifits One was an hourly sales quota expected. According to "Gerald Celente on "Coast" last night as is now..80 per cent of all Americans are now at the poverty level...sited as the reason why the Billioniares are dumping their stocks that include retail sales in them. They well understand the public can't buy if they don't have the wages to afford things. He pointed out that will in the future make an difference in companies that went overseas also...esp China..who carries an high debt rate also. He cited the problem is high prices for inferior quality also in today's world era. Everything is geared to be disposal.. rather then fixable...esp big ticket items like appliances. In the meantime..I am looking at an car in earthboppin.net...wows board that this guy built and wants to sell for $250,000 on ebay. Cool car, but for that kind of money..I want an "hover" five feet in the air button to help protect it from accidents and street flooding myself. I know they can do this and have it already in an small helicopter arrangement on the dash-board so it's not un-do-able.....Back to the drawing board guys.

Art Bell is supposedly coming back on air Sept 16th on Sirus Internet radio early evenings...7 to 10 pm...but wants an $15 an month charge..hard to do for retired incomes every month. Will see what happens.....maybe he"ll get smart and waiver if for the first month.

Other then that...just another day as they say. I'm behind now, trying to work with my leg problems, so best get going for now. I have the need to go an get an new phone battery also. Talk later on. Have an good day everyone!
