Definitely. Was great when converting them to the PC. Meant I HAD to listen to every track on every LP. Took about 3 years to get then all copied over.

Good day....Ron...where ever your lurking...I got the $100 to send today, and I have an small book I'm sending..and I'me sending along three newsletters of Jim Berkland's from the past, one of the latest and two from the past...and the one he wrote just after the 2004 Sumutra Indonesian Quake. I think you'll find it interesting reading and an keepsake possibly some day. I'll get this mailed off probably tomarrow.

The Sumutra quake...as I figure some of you might not know of it's far reaching effects...I'll be sending this along also..to keep with the newsletter.  Your never know sometime... there may be another issue printed out of "Eyewitness" news accounts in history book. Then I'll leave you all alone an bit, and get things addressed to send out.

230,000 people death toll.. in 14 countries with waves 30 meters (100 feet) high..the earthquake had the longest duration of faulting ever observed..between 8.3 and 10 minutes. It caused the planet to vibrate as much as 1 centimeter and triggered earthquakes as far away as Alaska...it happened Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004...the worldwide community donated 14 Billion (US dollars) for relief. It's magnitude was 9.2 making it the third largest quake in recent history...only surpassed by Alaska and Chile. An rupture on the Suda Megathrust Fault 19 miles below sea level created an rupture in the sea floor 1,300 kim or 810 miles long. It displaced 1.69 million people. Because of holiday travelers at the time, 2, 464 foreigners lost their lives...Sweden lost 543 citzens, the United Kingdom lost 149 Britons and one missing. The United States 18 dead and 15 missing...the Ukuraine lost 38 citizens dead, including an UNited Nations Offical.

Then you'll get to read what Jim Berkland had to say about it and the mess I had going on at my house...with losing about 1,000 dollars worth of fish in an tank when the water turned color on me and I couldn't figure out what the problem was...I ended up loosing the fish, but I had an professional anaylsis done on the water...I warned him the night before that something was terribly "wrong".  My fish tank water color went from purple to blackish brown within an hour. Will tell you in the letter.... what I was told was going on. For most people this incident is gone and out of their minds...but it was one of the most historical incidents in modern times. It comes on the release of this book "Blood Moons" also.. of the preacher that says he's found hidden knowlege of God's warnings to mankind of impending chaos. He says that "God" has his own calendar, centered around Holy Holidays/Feasts. To keep this short...I'll go for now..with things stacking up on me around the house needing done as of late also. But things should be in the mail by tomarrow sometime.  Rest of you...have an good day!

Ok, as of now.... ready to be mailed off tomarrow morning sometime..and sent an check to another web master and to JOB in April and I hope this thing about money is done with for an bit with the webmasters...and let's hope it don't come back from Ryan...he's the nicest guy I ever meant...and deserves the money. He knows I'm on social security and asks me most the time, If I'm Ok with things... and not needing help...before he receives what I send him...  I just know he's never going to make an very good banker perhaps. Also understand that web sites can't run on their own either. I tell you could have fun winning an big lottery. So it's been like an long day for me..and much to finish off tomarrow also. I looked up what this guy said that wrote the book "Blood Moon" as God giving us "signs" around his holy calendar days...not using our calendar at all.  Seven days until the feast of "Purim" for the Jewish...was last night when the 6.9 quake hit off shore Northern California...followed by an large one down in Mexico also. Thought maybe one should keep an eye on what this preacher says maybe. Though there was no way that last night was an "blood moon" because it's only at half light right now. With that I go for bed right now..talk later on.

Hi to all POEsters...

And remember Shirley we can put an avatar up for you, if you send a picture to POE, but it would only show each time, if you didn't 'time out' (meaning don't let your posts run over an hour before you hit the button)

Afternoon everyone Smile

Just got back from Stockport having bought a few mats and seat covers in an effort to keep the car clean - it won't last it never does. Must say the weather is a lot sunnier and warmer over the Lancashire side of the Pennines today.

Hope everyone is having a good day Smile
