That is the one , thought you would get there and there is Box Tunnel on the main London to Bristol line with the hint that there is a siding in the tunnel to the complex. I went past for the first time when we came back from a trip not so long ago, the lift shaft and whole area looked a sorry boarded up and derilict place.

Not Boxhill near me which was a so near so far answer.

This was the job I was on when I stayed in Lacock in one of the pubs- some late nights there I can say !

Time to wind up so catch you all tomorrow sometime.

I'm guessing that would be Windscale (now Sellafield) I think it was in the 50's a couple of years before I was born so that would be 1957 ish.

Sizewell A nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast.

A contractor working on the decommissioning was in the laundry room and noticed radioactive water leaking on to the floor from a pond. According to one newspaper, it was a chance decision to wash some dirty clothes

The 3rd Marquess of Bute employed a famous architect and designer to work on Castell Coch and Cardiff Castle. What is the name of the famous rock star who owns but doesn't live in the house formerly owned and designed by that architect/designer in London?

Well I'll take a shot at William Burges as the architect, but as for the rock start, I'm still working on that .
