Has this something to do with one of the band members seeing the AC/DC - Alternating Current and Direct Current sign on the back of a sewing machine or possible vacuum cleaner ? |

Vince Hawthorn Posts: 12758 Joined: 19th Apr 2010 Location: UK | Posted at 17:35 on 11th May 2014 That's the ones John, they will have a symbol designating the type of hazard ie. toxic, flamable, marine polutant, corrrosive, irritant, the list goes on and there will also be numbers and letter codes to designate the degree and effect and also telephone numbers for emergency contact. Dave will know a lot more than I do- it is all part of his logistics, You will see them on the backs of lorries and trucks as metal plates in as Ruth said mostly orange but I think some can be yellow. |
