Neil Rodgers Posts: 5119 Joined: 30th Jun 2013 Location: Spain	Posted at 20:19 on 1st June 2014 New bin rules here in Mijas regarding waste, normal waste can be deposited anytime, but organic not before 9pm 200 Euro fine if you don't comply Now we are plagued with fly dumping all over the area. The bins were emptied in the early hours every day. We were very impressed with the efficiency of it all, there was never any mess. Has all that changed or does it depend on your area like here ? Neil Rodgers Posts: 5119 Joined: 30th Jun 2013 Location: Spain	Posted at 20:44 on 1st June 2014 They are still very efficient at emptying the bins but the new ruling just introduced has caused the fly tipping The Mayor has just introduced the rule but guess who owns the company that collect the bins, one guess only!!!!!!!
