York is the worst, it costs a fortune to park in the city all day, but they have an excellent park & ride, free parking and just a couple £'s for the return bus ticket. Which is free if you have a bus pass but we haven't - yet We walked passed the Black Horse today James, I don't think we've ever been in though. We sat in the canal basin to eat, watching people making a right old mess of manoeuvring the barges into mooring bays. |
