Vince Hawthorn Posts: 12758 Joined: 19th Apr 2010 Location: UK | Posted at 22:24 on 26th August 2014 I think John will confirm or otherwise , I seem to think the BBMF Lancaster gets a make over to display different squadrons from time to time. Either way having Thumper and Vera fly right over our heads a number of times was a special moment knowing what they represent and the fact that Vera is only over in Britain for a few weeks and I feel priviliged to have experienced seeing them and capturing a number of different photographs - too many to upload. Do feel so sorry John the aviation expert amongst us has not had the chance to see them. |
