Sorry for the delay folks.

I was a British heavy bomber used in WWII. I was 72 feet long and had a wingspan of 104 feet. What was my name ?

Well the Lancasrter is a bit too obvious I think. As a youngster I had plastic kit models of all sorts of planes around the house. And Wellington and Halifax bombers come to mind with the Halifax being the bigger of the two, so I'll go with Halifax

You are correct to go with the Halifax Dave. As a youngster I had plastic model kits all over the house too, mine were warships, my mum used to dust them when I was at school and knock the guns off Frown
