James I've posted a few pictures on POE, I try to do just the odd one or two at a time so I don't flood the site with too many in one go. 

Good morning..I'm trying to finish off my book before the end of the weekend and "Dancing with the Stars" comes on Monday night and Tuesday night as they get thier season started up again. One of the characters name is Vance and I want to call him Vince..maybe from POE?

Use to have an receipe for making your own "mock" wine around here somewhere...black cherry soda...calorie free... and something. I'll have to look that one up again. Ginger ale or mineral water.. that you let the bubbles die down maybe? Seems like I remember the name of "Piere's" in it for some reason. Had to serve well chilled.

Blowing wind over here...it was clocked up at crown point yesterday at 66 mph...and 45 around Portland...trees and limbs been breaking an falling with them so dry right now. I have an back ache from it all.

Guess I go back to reading some more, I could have this book finished here soon if I keep at it. Now into an size smaller of clothing. I need down one more size though. Slow losing now..and that's discouraging..up my walking to 6 miles an day now. Still weigh the same as yesterday..discouraging...you all know how that goes. Talk to you later on...have an good weekend.  Still suffering this morning with lack of bowel movements...was hoping that would go away with the new meds. Main reason why I stop losing weight daily. Yes, I drink all kinds of water Too!...about 12 glasses and day.
