Ron, I really don' t care about the gold star, just was wondering why everyone had their's posted behind thier name... but not me. It' s kind of like a  "sports" person...you get little "things" like this constantly...in the way of reward for doing something. Like I told my boss, giving them dinner out would be an better gift then an presentation....as in our case....in my department.....there were not that many people, so the same few constantly got an "acknowledgement" for their work and they well knew if they weren't good at it...they wouldn't be there. It's nice the first time or two around...after that it really don' t mean quite as much. At hubby's work they take up donations for an gift card out to lunch to eat now and then...but nothing to terribly expenisive..usually lunch for one person at under $10.  Things are changing...now they "share" food instead amoung the employees...nurseries that grow it locally. I've gotten over the Holidays, an free "Ham" from his boss, rice, cabbage, oranges, beans, onions...and can't think of any more at this time. It does come in handy in January though.

In an earlier post Shirley says>>>I haven't contacted them as yet (meaning C&S at POE) but they need to speak to you about it Shirley; so please go to your 'Profile' and click on 'Contact member'. It's private, safe and can't be read by anybody other than to whom you send it, in this case Chris and Sarah at POE. Neither can it be interfered with by the gremlins that you appear to have on your PC. They await your contact Shirley...

Hi to all POEsters wherever you are. Consider this, there are only about 360 days to Christmas 2015! lol

I talked to them sometime back, as far as I know they got my check last time I sent it and it was certified by my bank that they had taken the money and that the check was "garanteed" payment...if it had not been it would of found it's way back to the bank, they would of told me...unlike many of the banks over here, ours was one of five banks nation wide... that has never been insolvant..nor having problems...like many of them had been having in the past.  If there was an problem it comes from your neck of the woods...not mine. If they can come in an talk to others in the web site...they can me also. Why the issue of privacy?...that I have to contact them privately..for what?...I don' t understand.

I started reading an book tonight, so I may not be in here for an couple of days. But most this stuff is an rehashing of LAST year I guess...time to move on! It's 2015.!!!

I don' t really care about the gold star bit anyway. ..I just wondered why everyone else had one but I didn't, yet I paid my dues last year....but then again Cathyml started the idea and she's not here any longer either. When was the last time you talked to Barbara also...in the long list of people leaving and not coming back in. Why that goes on I am not quite sure. Times change I guess for some people. Have you heard from Sue H as of yet Ron?

People will naturally come and go Shirley no matter what website they use. As for Chris and Sarah not responding here in the forum to all comments, if they did they would get nothing done on POE, they get literally thousands of emails!

Sadly, I have not heard from Sue H and I am very concerned about her.

I have incidentally heard from MG and Diana Sinclair who both said they need to get back on POE. However, they haven't done so yet and probably because they are hooked on their 'current' website such as FB that keeps them busy, so nothing sinister about it Shirley, as you suggest times change.

Our friends never leave POE altogether, they just take a holiday. lol

That was an hundred dollars guaranteed cash anywhere in the world I sent them,  backed by our bank(certified check)...and backed up by being tagged to them to sign when it arrived and no one else, and if anyone did it was insured against fraud... they should of not had an problem...even your "Pay Pal" as an payment has been breached in security in the past...it's been "hacked" several times now.  If we can't do "business" as this was done....then scrap the world for decent money handling the correct way....and consider life an "free for all" going on otherwise.

I have to leave for an minute...not much to say anyway, I had fireworks going off about three houses away from me last night...kiind of like being in the middle of them... watching what was going on in New York/Hollywood on TV...Nashville....Front row seat out my big front window. So the New Year has started and tonight is Glynis the numbers lady on coast to coast show..which is also worldwide radio transmission...with her thoughts on the year 2015.

Hi Shirley, we have sent you several emails about this, and also posted here in the forum for you to get in touch with us via email. Unfortunately the MoneyGram you sent us is only valid in the USA - Not the UK. This was confirmed by our Bank, Post Office (who'd never seen one before), and finally MoneyGram themselves who we contacted by phone.

Regarding Paypal, our paypal has never been breached or hacked at all and we would really appreciate you not making such a statement publicly when it is not true, as this could be severely damaging to the site. Thank you.

If you'd like to discuss the issue with the moneygram further, please use email and not the forum. Thank you again for your understanding.

Kind regards, Chris & Sarah

Please also note that we have not taken the money and the moneygram has not been 'cashed' or used at all. If you have kept a reference number, you should be able to check this yourself. If you need the ref number, please let us know as the moneygram is sat here on our desk and contains the order/ref number.

Again, please email us if you wish to discuss it further.

Many thanks, Chris & Sarah
