They put out an little introductory sample of what's to come on this technology in earthboppin.com "wow" board. It should stop the cell phone hanging off your ear for phone calls, it's water proof, and you can't lose it that easily as an cell phone..or leave behind at another place like an tablet also in forgetfulness.. It remains to be seen if it's "affordable" also.

Earthquake(over 6 mag) in Panama yesterday....full moon out and the planetary aspects that were said bad seem to be coming around now. It's affecting my sign  of gemini/mercury...and indeed I got up this morning and ate over 1200 calories just for breakfast that I didn't really need to do...though felt compelled to not stop it once I got started.  So if I eat nothing until tomarrow I will barely "level off" calorie wise I guess you know. Weather right now is nice for walking, but it also feels like I'm somewhere else other then "wintertime in Oregon". I toured the health club yesterday and will go pick me up some sweatpants to maybe get started doing the machines tonight with hubby....ths one has an pool and an huge hot tub also....community sized. Their parking lot was filled yesterday with people there...the pool is brand new also. Very bad beginning this morning though and I have another doctor appointment come mid-Feb. and need to lose the weight plus about 5 pounds more from the holidays and the last time I weighed in.  So if you don' thear from me as much...that's what I'll be working on.

I still haven't stopped eating those cookies...you'd think I was an alcohol on an sugar high...something runs through the all sides family and their Native American connections. I just got back getting my " lock and key" and getting hubby registered and am now ready for the health club adventure and hope it's an lot better then the last couple of times at different places. At "curbs" after one month I had pounded my excessive weight into my ankles where I could barely walk at all...so I was down an month recupperating...at the other health gym here in town, my hubby knew the people, and...besides treating  me as if I were "stupid"...he treated as if I was HIS grandmother, and nothing worked out...I never felt like I "belonged" ...so I left, which is how I'm kind of feeling about not having my "star" next to my name... if you all have yours. But anyway...one reason I lost so much weight this summer is I did it without Hubby's "influence" and this has not been the first time I've been told he is an big cause in my weight, along with the kids back then in my inabilty to live my life as I needed to "be healthy". In short I was told he has such an spritual attachment to me, I'm lucky to have any personailty of my own. They think he does it to be protective of me, but he's literally smothering me to death at times. You would not think for as little time he spends here at the house in general i twould far from the truth, but so goes. So we will seehow this goes tomarrow...I did anothe rhalf an mile, but I ate enough for two days calories today wihout any effort or thinking about it on my own...like an true "alkie" in ways. So I go for now...maybe "God" has my gold star by now...... and hanging onto it for me. Do you suppose?

Yes that is a terrible illness that Val has, she is one that never smoked or drank, just live the simple life like us.
