Afternoon James, I'm fine thanks,  just knocking up a home made curry for when David gets back from his fishing trip, I expect there will be no fish. Not that I'm bothered, we've still got loads from last year.

Hi Richard, good to see you here. I'm currently working on an low calorie chocolate Kahlua pie..with only 2 tablespoons of liquer in it. Sugar free choclolate pudding, low fat whipped cream and coffee powder, not crystals...I decided maybe that was one of those International coffee flavors maybe. It' s suppose to be 90 calories per one 8th of the pie. Can't be, not with the crust added to it. I'll go to 200 calories though before I chuck the receipe out the door maybe.

Drinking an cuppa of either coffee or tea is my thing going on this diet...I went to the health club for another hour last night...I could stand to do better, but did upmy pace on the treadmill in my one mile walk as I get back into routine, did sweat an little bit and did lose another pound this morning.  I found an whole other fitness area downstairs last night behind the pool and community sized hot tub..so now I know where all the cars in the parking lot are coming from. Bigger building then I expected. My neighbor lady is training for an marathon walk here pretty soon also. She joined LA fitness. She's far from being overweight, but likes staying in shape. Her hubby recently got the news his cancer is now in remission also...from his chemotherapy. His diabetes is better also...but still on metamorfin for an bit.  I've got about another 23 pounds to lose before we make any more decisions on my health. It comes off about one to an half an pound a day..if I'm good on teh dieting/excerise... with relapes from going out to eat at times. But, I'm learning in all I do daily. I'm looking toward an whole new set of clothes for this Spring and an "tan" maybe.

Nice to see you, stop in and let us know what your up to more often.

To the rest of you, are you seeing what is the new trend in pictures from the thrift shops on reddit.com...people are repainting over the pictures and adding to them. Now some of them are quite unique as they put in portraits over background scenes and just change the backgrounds sometimes also...such as bridges over water, birds in the sky, etc. Was just wondered if any of you have seen any of them as of yet..some are quite unique. Now I get going for the day...have an appointment to attend to this afternoon...check up. Later...
