If that's the only snow you have Ruth, it's not looking to bad so far..at least it makes known there was an change of seasons this year.  It's when they have to bring out the snow plows that it bothers me...except for Mt. Hood and going up there to play in the snow for an day. It's raining here, and we badly need the moisture. I'm still moving around furniture and re-arrangeing my storage for the year. ..so talk later on maybe. I haven't had much sleep staying up nights to put away drawers and sort the stuff out. Throw some away, other go downstairs...etc, you know how it goes.It feels like I twisted my ankle though this morning somehow...not good. Hubby took the grandson back to his house for me this morning. Another week begins. The wild rice soup I made for this weekend is going to be made into an Sheppard's pie for dinner today.

It's lightly cloudy over here, an dmore sunshine coming in with rain one day out of the next 7, but those dam eastwinds return also. It was 60 degrees here last Saturday night...it only ususally get that hot in sumer time at night. Today is an Holiday for Martin Luther King's birthday. People are celebrating by random shooting into houses as they drive by I guess from the news. Nothing locally in my neighborhood and if it ever were I have an funny feeling the boys down the street would take out their guns and shoot back, being policemen.

Coasttocoast was intereting last night, this book is already out in the UK..called The Dark Net..by Jamie Barrett. I'ts about an underground kind of open market place on the net where you can buy about anything you have money to buy...such as drugs, hit men, prostitues, and on and on the list goes...I mean anythiing you can think o fin the world, they sell it. But they do it without names, or fake names, because much of it is illegal goods or services.  They say the FBI and such orgnaizations know all about it and would like to shut it down. But as they said, there are people out in the world in various locations that have to get goods this way, as they are sanctioned by others just because of their name. They go through an browser named "Tor" that I guess the law knows about and watches the activity on it if possible.  thye like to buy thier goods with bit coins also..as there's no tracking them...and they are easy to hide behind for currrency rather then an credit card per se. Anyway it was an interesing show in that he said it displays an kind of freedom we should all have, and yet he admits it needs the law enofrcement at times to keep it honorable...but how you do that when it's drugs and illegals they sell there?.  he says so far it's doing an pretty good job of enforcing it's own market place fairly well. Rates what it sells in services by others that have used it. Same for the drugs as to being good or bad drugs. It also covers prescription medications by doctors also. He said an downside was the child prono available. Then the host out of Lasa Vegas, said that it always comes with the drugs usually...and blackkmailing/kidnapping services. It doesn't surpirse me it exists, but I've never heard anyone before tell how it operates before now.  Some parts of it have already been closed down for business by the authorities supposedly. tonight's  radio show should be interesting also. I have an problem that most the shows I've been watching on TV are now showing season finals. That includes, Untold America, Mystery at Oak Island, and National Geographic with Mick Dodge for beginners. "Tree masters" has been hard to find something that isn't an repeat also. International House Hunters though came out with an show following up on people that have bought fixer upper houses around the world. It's been interesting to watch them renovate properties that are hundreds of years old now...in before and after pictures.  One house was built in the early 1600's. Originally an ancient horse barn, it's now into an kind of open spaced "old world" decor..complete with stained glass windows...fountain out front. I guess I go for now, I think we lost the season of winter in my parts..I hope this means it doesn't snow this summer. Reminds me of the bible's warnings of the last days also..where there are no season's and everything is messed up from being normal. What really counts in the world has gone a amiss and what's not realy worth it..is played up by others.

Last night I was watching an show on Paul's conversion to Christianity and it said that while he was walking near by there was written of an huge earthquake, and they think he got zapped by ball lightening for his conversion...they said most likely if so, he was unable to see for about three days and somewhat also incoherent.  People didn't know how to explain it all... so they merely said that "God had called him" while he was walking on an journey. An bit of discovered history. I guess I go for now. I'm wanting to get back ot my usual writing on my book as I usually do in the winter time, copying machine hooked up or not, I can maybe get the data later on. I still have plenty more storage areas to get straightened out though this year. My diet right now "Isn't: pretty much. I'm not real keen either to go outside right now to walk even when it is nice..it seems weird to me...and I detest the east wind that starts up eveytime it is nicer. So I go for now and see what I can get done today. Have an good day...don't shoot anyone please in the process of celebrating...if your in the US... (Gesh!)
