Ron, yes I do believe in UFO's...there are different kinds though..the one we saw was an black triangle and I got the "vibes" of being military based in the background. That is why I was so interested in the incident of Randelsham Forrest air force base ordeal..with Linda Moulton Howe. (Earthfiles.com) Those two guys that walked up to it, touched it and decoded an message from it....said it was an black triangle also...I think occasionally I have seen an fella out of it...in an protective sheild to me. He looked every bit human...tall..about 6 foot 2..and has short black butch cut hair style, blue eyes..thin. Reminds me of what my nephew..and/or Tome Cruise the actor. he's in the Air Force, in England somewhere.   But also describes what I've read in the past about hitler's "nazi" hybrids also....His "super human" race he was developing. Locally we have  had UFO reports for ages now, bu tnot the black triangles...there was an lady down by Salem that use to channeled them, and of course Charlotte King also. They are not "new" to us here. But rather they are off earth based, not sure on that one..at least as to the black triangles. I'm dealing with an "blood sugar spike" in the last 48 hours..it's really bothering me, thought abou tgoing to the hopsital last night. It shoudl read all the time..under 130...it's been since last night 210,/275...216. I am afraod of having an diabetic coma...so I'm really on it this morning...and have ate very litte since yesterday.These are reading sof an "alcholic""...and I don' t drink. Has me very concerned. I didn't take sissy to school from the orthadonist..so we could keep an eye on each other's health. I did not sleep all last night...it was more like passed out around 6 am thi monring...and slept to 10 am..got up and found her on the sofa sleeping also. Grandpa must of taken her and brought her back from her appointment...bought her some breakfast at McDonald's and went back to work. I will go walking here soon and make it two miles today. Excerise and washing the sugar out of yoiur body with water is about the only thing I know so far to reduce these readingsI am trying to get rid of the leg pain right now, which is going down my whole left leg in an dull severe pain...like I over extened the excerise routine.. I go fo rnow..I have so much to do thes days, I don' trelaly have time to mess with helath problems. I still have the computer issue not resolved completely either. I go for now.

Ok, I'm back now again...computer is feeling different tonight...lots of changes, my skype use to be in an task bar, now it's an icon ..had to find our server information to get on line tonight..and he did what he said he'd do...he took Mcafee, and norton's and xfinity secrutiy guard out of my maching...he said anyone that gets 500 infected files doesn't have security any more..someone else does for them.He is hoping he can stop them. First thing ti did tonight was load in 16 new updates.

I'm having problems tonight...now instead of an blood glucose reading of 225 it was something like 275 tonight...so I called back east, left my name and number to talk to an registered nurse for free. I doubt if I ate over 900 calories today total. Holidays are over with you know..though my last chocolates were sugar-free ones at that.  I wonder if the test strips have gone bad.  I'll call Bill tomarrow also where I get my prescriptions.  But my leg is already hurting me, and my ears ringing to high heaven tonight. Same for my blood pressure it went up to 325 before coming down to register that also....which si not normal by any means.

I went to check about another computer...I thought windows 10 was out..they said "No..coming out this summer.  For about  $300 more.   Followed by thier lady manager.... whom made it an point to say" hello" to me. As if saying don't listen to them....they aren't getting away with whatever is up thier sleeves....and this was not my computer guy, whom slipped me his card if I had any questions very indiscretetly. I have until Saturday though teh computers they are offering are really good prices right now they are windows 8.1.....you people know anything about this without having to give Bill Gates an jingle?

Is Princess Kate starting to think "baby due" here pretty soon also?  Last timeI saw an picture of William he was riding atop an chair on an platform by what looked like some Africans maybe...but didn't catch where he was at. Last time I was in Africa was watching an show on the Ethopians that say they have the Ark of the Convent..which they showed..and it looked like an very old drum that wasn't all there any more. It had broken "rings" in fou rplaces which had poles that went through which is how they carried it.I thought that it was supposed to be guarded by golden angels..didn' tsee any of them around.

Finally I'm reading that you people are going to have an spectacluar showing of the March 20th eclipse...and it should turn an few hours darker then normal. It's path is up the Atlantic Ocean an already they are saying there's going to be an massive astroid or earthquake surrounding it. People have really gone crazy with some of the things they are saying...such as the three days of darknessApril 11th...right on to the " end days" by the summer or the end of this year...and I've been hearing this crap for years now also. More then that, whom are they trying to kill now..that they won' t get away with most likely. You would think they'd have better things to do with their time these days.

Anyway, it looks like another unsettled night for me right now. It was raining. I'm glad the hosptial isn't to far also...neither is my next doctor's appointment. I go for now.  He put me in an separate Wikipedia icon also for easier reseaching work.  Talk later on.
