Good morning!.. it's been lightly raining on my yard, and I laid down some slow release fertilzer on the last of the stuff I planted. I'm feeling lazy now. Has "Kate and William" had that baby as yet?...I'm patiently waiting for the good news on that one. I like Spring babies, they are soooo cute! See, James is wearing his "Spring hat" I see...Pat also. I guess Ron's letting his "turf" grow an bit..no hat on...smiles* I know Ron it gets an bit much though... if you have to trim some of it off above your eyebrows. If you don' t have much in the way of eyebrows, tape it down in the area and cut round it? That could probably be an new "fad" at any time. Well, I guess I'm ready for the diet again and maybe cleaning out the garage. Were trying to burn down some condo's yeserday up at Government Camp...village on lower Mt. Hood. Someone said they heard an explosion just prior to the flames. Everyone got evacuated and no injuries, but the unit is pretty well burnt.I think they said it had five apartments in it. Guess I'll go for now and see what I can get into..I need some more "Splenda" sugar replacement if I'm going to get into dieting...another trip to the store....Talk later on. |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 18:04 on 24th April 2015 Well, we have the grandson and three beastly dogs this weekend to babysit. Ron your receeding hairline is because your lacking an miineral, and can't remember if it was Boron, or Biotin...I'd have to look that up again. I know, I was developing one here an while back also....been taking the mineral supplenment and it is helping. I guess I'll have to look it up again. They have an hair and nails forumla that's loaded with it..I'm thinking it's Boron right now. How about the earthquakes the last couple days, and in the 6 mag range..two in New Zealand and this morning an 6.1 north of Vancouver Island in Canada. Knocked out communications in New Zealand. bothere off shore also. They are not in any of James Berkland's "window" for 2015...I wonder if he will make comment on them. Can I ask you all an question...Grits needs an septic tank put in again, and an drain field...they quoted her nearly $10,000 for one. What an bunch of crap. Opps, sorry...as an kid we helped two people put one in their yards. She's an older lady getting to retire...and if I were her, I'd look into doing other opetions and get off the "Grid" for that price. Things like re-cycleing the gray water for other uses non drinkable...and toliets that are self decomposing and you use the dried ashes in your flower beds. I just read an article in the newspaper of these people converting their building to Solar power...roof top type downtown Portland, now if anyone has the money to put in electricity they would...but they aren't. no matter what they go to.... for them it's an business expense and tax deductible. Grits feels that the expense down the line when she retires and moves out of her house will only be an return of 50 per cent of the expensein the septic tank. Unless she rented the house out...and deducted so much of he expense as property upkeep...it doesn't pay to replace it at this cost. I'm not her, but I think it's really an bad buy right now. I'd look into other things. She owns enough property she could have an "out house" more like an "palace" for the price they quoted her...definately an trailer house...hooked into the drain field for less cost. What you guys think about this? I'm on city sewer myself. It's farily expensive and people are looking for ways to cut costs these days. How many of you have heard of an person called James Tyrell in your history over there...I ran into him to find him having been accused of possibly killing the sons' of King Edward III's.... IV's ..through their uncle Richard...so he could assume the throne. I've heard the story, but never knew the names connected to it until yesterday. Called dirty politics I think maybe. Anyway..rain is here...and cleaning out the garage... is covered, so I'm off, I've to go to the pet shop also for some cuttle bones for the birds also before I get into that....maybe doggie bones... and then get ready for the moose, yacky sacks, and sheep herder dogs... with the Grandson tonight for the weekend. I'm not looking to forard to them all, but I think I've made enough arrangments it should work out ok until Sunday...have an godo weekend everyone! |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 17:06 on 25th April 2015 Thanks Ruth...I got into him with Henry VII's mother..I also found another young man that claims he was one these son's named "warbeck" or something sounding like that..raised an army from the Belgium area and came back to claim the throne, naturally the rebellion was put down, they gave him an job as an cook in the royal castle supposedly. Another article says that they really were illigitimate children of the king..he was "gone" when she got pregnant....therre are many possible tales and most of them sound like nasty politics going on at the time. I'm feeling quite woozy to my stomach this morning with the Nepal quake..they just raised it to an 7.9 mag...they lost many historical tourist spots also. Count is now climbing as to those dead. It was widely felt so reports will be incoming for some time most likely. The aftermath is kicking off quakes now down to the high 4 mag. I went downstairs last night to ask my grandson to come on up to bed, but he had "the moose" at his feet of about all 150 pounds, and the other two ..the "sheep herder", next to him and "yacky sacks" in his arms and all were snuggled in and him alseep...so I left him. Went down an let them outside for an bit earlier this morning. I was disgusted that everyone left going in all directions last night.. so grandson and I treated ourselves to dinner at the Olive Garden Restuarant here in town. Rained most of last night...suppsedly possibilty of thunderstorm by noon...and everyone is out in tents...hum. Anyway, I'm just getting up for now, so talk to all later on. Thanks Ruth on the information. I was wondering about an word that sounded much like "Tyrell"...mentioned by the Percy's at one time. The Queen of these boys, said they were" legit" legal heirs of the crown, and that they were not dead...but then again...they supposedly found the bones of two boys in the Tower of London also. Hum, somone said they should be exhumed and DNA samples taken on them, now that they have Richard's DNA also...that would solve the mystery. |
