Well I will be 50 in December and I feel like I'm 25.

 I thoroughly enjoyed being in my 40's. I would definitely say they were my best years yet.

Yes, Diana you look wonderful. I would actually like to know more about your Low Glycemic life style (I think that's what you said you follow). Do you have suggestions for a good book?

Thank you Sue, that's very sweet of you.  There is no one book that I follow, I kind of do my own thing, however, if I had to pick one program I would say that I most closely follow George Stella's way of eating.  His story is incredible. I watch his TV program on the Food Network here and I own most of his books. Here is a link to check him out:
