This bird is not particulary rare, but they are a bit fussy about what they eat. The can be attracted to any garden is you supply their favourite food which is Thistle Seed. This can be purched along with the special feeder at any garden centre. Try it and i am sure that within a few weeks you will have Goldfinches and other birds such as Siskins visiting you.
