As we all know they are really elusive , I have only ever seen the blue flash and then only once. Has any of you any hints and tips for such a time as I might get a chance to capture one of these little fellows. I know they are sometimes at Warnham Nature Reserve ( but never when I get to go there ). Another thing I have picked up on is one is not supposed to photograph Kingfishers without a Schedule 1 permit from Natural England but is this needed when taking photos from a hide in recognised reserves like Warnham or say RSPB establishments? I have seen stunning shots around in magazines , on the web and indeed here on POE, just fancy having a try myself. Any ideads hints or tips ? Thank you good people. |

I expect it is for more specifically set up projects I would contact any reserve you intend to try first to get the latest info I have only ever seen 3 that I can remember Edited by: poe at:13th February 2015 12:45 |
