I didn't take an official measurement at my house, but the snow was knee deep on the ground next to my car. It was pretty on Saturday while it was snowing and on Sunday with the sunshine, but now the dirty bits are starting to show by the roads where they've plowed (ploughed?). Ruth, my daughter and I did indeed break out the cookie sheets and baked up a storm. Not much fun for the dog, who was loathe to step outside in it! Mind you, the snow was twice as high as he is! We had to clear a spot on the grass just for him. A wintry mix of snow/sleet/rain predicted for Christmas Day here. Oh bother! My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
