One of my favourite meditations to share with everyone on POE

CHILDHOOD DREAMS

This meditation is called childhood dreams; make sure you are comfortable before we begin this meditation, as it will take you back to into a childhood dream.

Try to remember the long summer days, when time never seemed to end, everything had joyful meanings, to laugh and play, to run and skip in the fields. Listen to the music and let yourself drift into regression, and along this path be able throw off all the unwanted dross of everyday life.

Imagine it is a bright summers day, the billowing clouds seem to be buffeting the powder blue sky, you think about the wonderful shapes they form as they skirt over the distant hills, but here in the valley there is a serene peace, you can hear the sound of the water in the river as it ripples over the polished stones, the song birds fill the air with enchantment, whilst the angels accompany the scene, with mystic bell sounds and melodic tones with angelic grace, the picture in your mind is complete

Along the pathway in the valley, you reach a stonewall where the fields divide. There is an opening in the wall, to which your attention is drawn, making your way towards it you see a post set in the centre of the gap that has been placed to stop the sheep straying into the next field.

As you pass through into the next field you can’t help noticing where the sheep have been trying to push through the style, leaving their wool caught on the splintering wooden post, you collect a combing of wool for a keepsake for your journey and take it with you on your way.

Spread before you in the next the field are wild orchids, buttercups, clover and daisies as far as you can see, the tall buttercups gently brush your legs as you skip over the carpet of wild flowers with joy, wandering on your way you reach a small clearing in the field and decide to sit down. Surrounding you are daisies in profusion the white petals and centre yellow heads give you a feeling of peace and tranquillity.

Looking up at the sky, still clutching the wool combing that you took from the wooden post the distant clouds are different now, like wispy strands floating in the sky and you just wonder how far away they are, and would you ever be able to touch them.

The valley is such a peaceful place, and you slowly go to sleep, a type of sleep you have not experienced before, it seems a long time before you open your eyes, but on opening them you are surrounded by Angels. Around your wrists daisy chains had been placed, and you ask who made these, the Angels reply we have made them for you whilst you slept and placed them round your wrists for protection.

Still clutching the combing of wool, you slowly open your hand to show the Angels and you ask the Angels to have this as a present.

No the Angels said, this is the dross of life, take it with you and you will know when it is the correct time to let it go, and with that the Angels left to join the wispy clouds in the sky.

Towards the edge of the field the river changed its course, gently meandering down the green valley. As the river twisted and turned, deep pools formed on the opposite side of the bank, You stop for a while and watch the ripples made by the trout, taking their feed from the surface of the water, forming ripples that spread towards you as if carrying messages on their peaks, you think should I throw the combing of wool away now, but for some reason you hold on to it for later.

Continuing on your way there in the distance is a wooden bridge formed to let people cross the river, on reaching the bridge the river opens into a wide pool, crossing over the bridge you stop to look over the side.

Looking over the rail of the bridge the angelic music now begins to allow your mind to connect to that special celestial dimension, your reflection in the still water is crystal clear together with the reflection of the Angels reflected from the sky above, the angels had returned to give you the message that now was the time to let go of the wool combing, that you had collected on your journey.

You opened your hand, letting the wool combing expand in the palm of your hand, the gentle summer breeze lightly lifted the wool combing from your hand, you watch it float serenely downwards into the water below and gently float away, turning round quickly you go to the other side of the bridge to watch the wool combing float slowly away down the river.

Remembering your vision in the water at the other side of the bridge you returned to see if the Angels were still there, but no they had gone, their work was done. They had protected you during your rest in the field, as they have done so during this meditation to rid you of the day’s dross of life.

Continuing on your journey down the valley, the sun is beginning to set casting mystic shadows across the valley, the wispy white clouds are now dressed with tinges of gold, and as the sun begins to set over the horizon, the hill tops now seem to look dark and distant, the fading rays of the sun seem to adorn the closing flower petals that are starting to rest for the evening, you consciously looked back on your journey of childhood dreams, and realize just how relaxed you are feeling.   

It is now time to return from this meditation, allow yourself the time and listen to the music, let it gently return you back to the present day, let your mind adjust at its own pace to enable it to enjoy the moments on your journey, of regression into Childhood Dreams.

As you wake and to assist your return, feel your wrists were the Angels placed the daisy chains, to protect you during your journey, and as in spirit the Angels are still with you-your protection is everlasting.

I will now count you back to assist your to return. 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1. You are back, in your own time open your eyes, and remember this moment, when you returned from your journey, of regression into childhood dreams.

Many thanks for the post

Please can you expand a little more on the word provoking is the word used in the negative or positive tense or some other way that I may be missing.

I compose all the scripts for my meditations and it is important to me that the scripts are relaxing in every aspect.

Meditation thoughts for the approaching day.

May the night bring pleasant dreams to refresh the soul for the dawning day and enable ones heart to radiate peace and tranquillity to all those in distress that they may be able to wash away their troubles and regain lasting peace in this challenging world.

Deep meditation enables me to reach out to the spirit world but in preference I prefer to dowse to connect with the outer world as I did so when I dowsed on the subject in the picture that Vince posted on the site the other day.

I realise that the subject of the picture is open to question and possibly ridicule, but my prognosis of the photograph will not be very far from the mark.

Space clearing of houses, buildings and the removal of paranormal activity is one of my specialities but thats another story.

Hi Ron

I suppose I should keep my fingers of the keypboard some of the encounters are hair raising to say the least.

I just dont want the members of POE to think that I am away with the fairies.
