I think I would have hailed her as she left the bathroom and said "Are you not going to wash your hands?" I would probably finished my meal, but regardless of whether she returned to wash her hands or not, I would never return to that restaurant.

Depends who i thought could do the job better, qualifications don't always mean better!!! dificult though, i value frendship far more than money, so i would probably hire them, but that could make you argue, working together so falling out!! losing the friend!! it may be better to employ the other one!! then you would upset the friend and maybe lose them!!!Surprised  i don't know what i'd do!!!
