I'm trying to get ready for winter this last week, so been changing the house around, but I'm still into writing an cookbook of my favorites for an gal in North Carolina. I switch from an summer bedroom, surrounded by screened windows which I can open up and watch the sun set and the stars come out, lots of cool fresh air, every year..to an winter bedroom...near an wood stove...where I can get comfy and build puzzles, and think Christmas. My oldest grandson talked me into having my summer room for his bedroom...getting there but needs an few improvments..his stuff is moved in there, though but still sleepingiwth his younger brother. fodo fo rus this week has been fast food for the most part. I'm just now getting to the outside and it up to snuff for using the covered grill in the winter to "smoke" the turkey for instance. That will be coming up soon though. |

Desert is sliced cheek and tongue with Ice cream and Elderberry topping. Followed by a glass of brandy blood on the rocks. |
