Carrot and ginger sounds wonderful. I love fresh ginger. I too have some awesome leek and potato soup recipes.

I love soup.

This week, members of my church have been bringing in meals, it has been wonderful, and takes a great weight off my husband, who does not like to be in the kitchen.
