Chinese food, Fried Shrimp, Chow mein and BBQ Pork, I ate to much...augh...it was soooooo good though!  I need my dialy one mile walk.

Sunday Roast, oh Lyn, that sounds so good. Do you have Yorkshire pudding? Oh pour gravy over Yorkshire pudding and add salt.

Can't have a Sunday roast without Yorkshire pud Sue can you! I make my own, none of that frozen rubbish, nothing like a good crisp fluffy yorkshire pud!
