The only guts stuff I like is the heart from a turkey, boiled. I have tasted rattlesnake and mountain lion. And I love game meat - deer, elk, rabbit, quail, squirrel. For dinner tonight we had pork chops, chow mein, and chopped spinach and cauliflour.
