I've never tasted kidney, and I'm not real crazy about liver unless it's cooked all day in the crock pot and swimming in barbecue sauce.  The only guts stuff I like is the heart from a turkey, boiled.  I have tasted rattlesnake and mountain lion.  And I love game meat - deer, elk, rabbit, quail, squirrel.

For dinner tonight we had pork chops, chow mein, and chopped spinach and cauliflour.

Ok...Luasgna(sp?)  with meat, pumpkin ravioli with herbed alfredo sauce, "cheese" pizza slices, green salad/my own garden tomatoes with Italian dressing and crunchy onion topping for salads, frosted chocolate cake and coffee. I bought the pizza already made.
