Are you generally happy with your life? If so - what makes you happy? If not, do you have any thoughts about what you might do to increase your level of happiness? |

The fact that I reckon that I still have means and time to do that makes me happy with my life. Perhaps I should be asked that again in 5 or 10 years lol |

Terry makes me happy - he is such good fun! My boys make me happy - they say such funny things! All my family and friends make me happy! Work occasionally makes me happy! Seeing all the wonders out there makes me happy! Wow - this is a great thread John! |

Some mornings I wake up feeling wonderful, other mornings I wake up feeling dreadful - and nothing has changed in my life situation to explain the difference. Chemicals in the brain, it seems. |

This last year I've had one problem after another and it's taken it's toll on me but I am generally a cheerful bubbly person and I love to laugh. I love being silly really! Having the boys helps us get away with doing silly stuff in our 40's! Like this morning I was running away from Sol while he was pretending to be a crocodile. Maybe it is chemicals! |

I’m quite a positive person who can see the bright side of most situations and really just simple things make me happy, a nice sunny day, a walk on the beach oh and getting to know my friends on POE |
