My life is not perfect of course and there are situations that I'd like to change but am simply unable to at the moment, however, I try to be grateful for all the people and things in my life that are good and right. Having a health scare and realizing just how fragile life is makes one aware of how precious each day is, and that yes, even though it's difficult sometimes, I'd rather be alive than dead. One more day to tell the people I know that I love them, to watch all the antics of the animal world, to share a good meal with friends, to enjoy all the beauty this world has to offer like upside down rainbows, good music, chocolate, etc.  |

I have a home, a car, a job and everything I need to keep me going. I was not happy for a long time but that is over. I gave myself the choice. Be happy or be unhappy and reap all the negative things from that. I choose to be happy. To me it's that simple. It's so much easier to be happy and to love EVERYTHING around you. To love even the bad. This place...POE...had done so much for me. THIS place has made me happier then I really ever thought I could be. |
