Hi Diana!  Smile

It has to be in a thatch roof building.

Dear Ruth and Diana,

The thatched roof and the many fireplaces you want to install, could mean that our dream may all go up in smoke! But Hay, wouldn't it be worth it! We could always charge people to watch the spectacle.

LOL! We'd hire somebody's who job it is to keep an eye on all fireplaces and nip any potential problems in the bud.

Of course Ruth! BTW, should the same person taking charge of the food and menus also be responsible for bringing in the alcohol, or should those be two separate jobs?

I think 2 separate jobs, Diana.  Might as well go whole hog.

As for the music, I think we should have local talent that plays English or Irish folk music.  I'm thinking bands like the Wurzels.

Good thinking Diana, I can see why you have attained a senior position in your career. Watching fireplaces would be a grate job for someone.

How about a buffet table, or a resident ghost?

And a back room we can rent out for candlelight suppers. Yeah, Ray, a resident ghost.  That's where we can make some big bucks.  lol
