Good Idea Diana. How about a reenactment! Or host murder mystery nights!

Great idea, Jason.  But we need some COLD draft beers as well, not just that warm stuff.

As for the reenactment, we can have Jason, Krissy, and Barb as our waiter and waitresses and when it comes time for the event they run in the back and change into their costumes and enter as the characters.

Krissy = Fair Maiden Upoetia

Jason = Her true love

Barbara = The other woman

We can do this every night to bring customers from near and far to witness history. We will hit the top of the lists for places to visit before you die!

This would be the culmination of our annual mid-summer weeks village festivities which starts on the weekend with members of the Sealed Knot Society re-enacting the Battle of Poet's Down which ultimately had led to the 1643 seige. Then after the carnival parade, our pub hosts a medieval evening with traditional English foods and tableware, served with mead from the local monestary, served by our famous wenches. The highlight of the end of the evening thence,is by gathering on the village green to burn a straw woman atop the bon fire; symbolising the tragic death of this fair young village maiden all those centuries ago.

Oh Paul - that's priceless!  Don't forget the giant turkey drumsticks as part of the medieval feast.

Krissy I think horses will fit in well with this festival.  Jousting and all.  lol
