Take 6 eggs, 4 cups milk, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt and blend them together. Fold in 1 cup of whipped whipping cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. Pour into a jug or bowl with a cover and put in the refrigerator for several hours. If you like you can sprinkle a little nutmeg over it. |
