Home again, at least for another eight weeks, and then I'm off for a trip up the Washington (state) coast.

Had a superb week with my bestest friend in Oregon, and now back to the grind of regular life.

Looks like I have some serious catch up to do. Some great pictures being submitted, especially the bird pictures by Amanda Jaynes. You gotta know that I'd love those as a birder.

So, welcome back to me.

Hope you're all doing fine and dandy.

G'mornin all,

Looks like a nice today after yesterday's March winds and April showers in May.

I'm still gardening like mad to keep me sane while my husband is poorly. We are planning a break away in our caravan commencing 26th May so have my fingers crossed that he will be well enough to go.

Have a happy day

Good morning everyone!.....Have my grandson here with me today..and my sister in-law should be returning today also to bring back her sister in-law to head for her son's house to live in LA.

The anti-biotics took away an good share of my nuralgia problems from the small fhashbacks of the "shingles" I had around  Christmas.Stomach an bit weak this morning..but I have already been told to suppliment any kind of bacteria killers in my body with Pro-biotics..or the good germs you need for digestion...so did that earlier. Just kind of letting it all settle in.

You know for Mother's Day I decided to make my daughter in-law and family some homemade fresh bread, wonderful aroma when its baking throughout the house....but I used the frozen bread they sell...and my pans were bigger then for one loaf so I tossed in two loaves...side by side and let them un-thaw...overnight...while I slept...I woke up the next morning to the two loaves indeed raised looking like an set of ladies "buns" from the behind... in how they raised...it was kind of funny to look at them..but I baked them anyway and they turned out "OK"....and told her to "break the buns in half deary"...and winked..... when I gave them to her...she just laughed. My grandson just came in and informed me he'd like " two eggs over medium"..I see he's into the bathtub right now. I guess I better go for today..have an good day everyone! I don' tthink I've ever cooked "eggs over medium" before..talk later.
