Talking about JUly 4th..I was thinking of an movie that had Allen Ada in it ...I think it was called "Sweet Liberty"...where he is an history buff and teacher and an movie company comes to town to re-enact his book. It's an delightful funny movie. He gets into it with the movie director because he's constantly changing the book to make his scenes more "exciting"...in the end there's an scene where the British Troops blow up this small cabin and advance on the patriots...and the director changed it...so Alda changed it amoung the actors...when they went to roll the scene, they blow up the cabin and the patriots in the bushes jump out throwing thier clothes in the air at the same time...it's funny ...everyone is running around in hats naked as an blue jay...though you don't entirely see that, it's mainly suggested it's going on. .'Everyone is laughing.... and so are you the way this was done....movie director got the rift me thinks about changing history. See you never know what our history is going to be... when others like to insert thier version of it to make it more exciting. Anyway, it's raining here...and everyone is sleeping in right now...so talk to you later. |

Started as a cold then a "burning pepper" sore throat, terrible pain. My coughing fits seem to drop my blood pressure and I feel very dizzy. Both improving slowly and went out for a while this morning. At one point I felt that the Grim Reaper was coming for me, but that could have been wishful thinking, my wife had the South London Ping Pong on TV and I cannot stand the noise ! Why do the women players make such a noise when they bash the ball ? Any woman who can grunt and scream like that should be wearing a smile.......... and nothing else. Hope all is well in POE land.
